We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The sea view is breathtaking and the spacious balcony terrace is the perfect place to sit outside and sunbathe in privacy and enjoy the view. The beautiful garden with waterfall is very neatly maintained and is full of beautiful tropical plants and flowers.

This is absolutely awesome! This is not an apartment, it is a 5***** hotel!
We travel a lot, have stayed in different places, but the place is very special! Such a chic location in an old house with a hall and a front staircase, a terrace overlooking the sea. The house itself has its own private fenced area with two cleanest swimming pools, a tennis court, with access to the shore. Along the very shore there is a wonderful walking path with benches.
The apartment is warm even in the cold season: two bedrooms have their own air conditioner, which can be set up for heat, and it will still work quietly, and not thunder, as we often found ourselves in Spanish hotels. But at night you definitely don't need it, there are such chic blankets!
All the plumbing works perfectly, great water pressure. You can see the sea from the bathroom window...
The whole apartment is soundproofed and we enjoyed the surrounding silence, listened to the birds and the sea surf. And what is the smell of pine trees!
My husband liked it separately that there were no problems with parking: the

territory of the house is closed, strangers will not stop by, and there will always be a place for a car inside.
Yes, there are a lot of restaurants with great cuisine and a large selection of dishes nearby. Across the street there is a supermarket, a bunch of cafes, bakeries and even a Russian shop with kefir))

The place is beautiful! The apartment is stunning But if you are ready, book in advance, because those who have ever been there will not want to go anywhere else. Including us.

This is a 1 or 2 bedroom cosy apartment with sea view, located in a quiet complex that was once a luxury hotel and now it's an apartment building. We were traveling with our family, including a little baby. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and both rooms have access to a terrace facing the swimming pools and the sea. You can even see the sea from the shower, which was really nice. We also liked that all windows had an optional mosquito net, so we could sleep with our windows open at night.

We have just returned from 3 amazing days On the beach. The view from the balcony is even better than you imagine from the pictures. We spent the days looking at the sea and nice garden and nights with an open door listening to the sea.

Spent unforgettable 18 days in a newly renovated apartment with an interesting design, new furniture and household appliances. Well-maintained enclosed area with its own beach access. Tennis courts, swimming pools, sun loungers and a cafe for guests of the house. Convenient location of the house: walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacy.

apartment is located in front of Mijas beach, it is a complex with amenities that we used a lot (the one we used the most was the pool, excellent!).

The apartment is spotless, recently renovated. It has everything one may need and more: A/C in the two bedrooms, full kitchen, smartTV, colorful lights in the bathroom...

The balcony is very nice, it has a coffee table with chairs, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the sound of the sea in the background.

Perfectly furnished, modern, stylish apartment with style and fantastic views of the sea (actually even from the shower!).
Ideal for 2 people, but also pleasant for a family like us for a shorter time. Just sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea, stroll along the sea or swim in the pool. A spacious, beautifully old-fashioned park with large trees, pool and tennis courts completes the experience.

We had a perfect break and felt very much at home After some trips to the Costa del Sol, I didn't expect such a pleasant complex near Mijas and an excellently equipped apartment and booked it by chance. The pictures and reviews had already delighted me on the net.

On site it was exactly as described. Great views from both floor-to-ceiling windows and super cozy. In the apartment there is everything, excellently equiped to rest even if you want, even in these beautiful 4 walls. The surroundings invite you to stroll and other cities are also easily accessible by car or bus.

The apartment is newly renovated and fresh, the garden is nice and has a great pool area with a large pool and a small children's pool. The apartment is perfectly located by the sea and from the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of the pool, beach and the Mediterranean. There are several nice restaurants on the boardwalk as well as around the area. The location is great, between Fungeriola and Marbella, and it worked smoothly with parking in the area.

The description of the apartment in the listing is absolutely accurate. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and in the entire complex, which is enchanting with the magnificent flowers and plants, the terraces, the brick benches and water systems. You can feel the flair and charm everywhere. We relaxed a few hours in the meadow downstairs in the garden, right on the sea. We enjoyed the hours on the balcony, with this beautiful view of the pine trees, the garden and the sea. A view that you actually have from every place in the apartment!

What a beautiful place. The reality is even better than the photos. This apartment is extra modern and new but especially of exemplary cleanliness. The view is magnificent, we are a few meters from the pool, tennis and the sea and tranquility. It was an amazing stay. It's difficult to find better

Convenient access to the house from the highway. The house is with a history, front entrance, beautiful, solemn decoration of the hall, stairs, premises. An apartment with a chic sea view, on the first line from the sea. Everything is convenient and thought out in the apartment: a living room and a separate bedroom, a huge loggia from which you do not want to go anywhere, but just to admire the sea view. Quiet. Pool, tennis court, restaurants and shops in large quantities in walking distance.

Really nice place to stay, Supermarkets and many restaurants in the vicinity. The balcony is large, with a wonderful sea view. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The apartment was amazing, very thoughtfully furnished to the last detail. Everything was absolutely clean and fragrant, the pillows smelled beautiful. :) The pool was clean, the whole garden was beautifully landscaped. Through the garden, we went through a private exit straight to the long promenade to the sea, where you can run and walk. This place is highly recommended and we hope to come back again. :)

This was a rare gem, above all expectation. When we woke up the first morning, to the amazing view from the porch, it was like a dream.

We were there for a few days golfing and the apartment is a little gem. Once you enter it all you see and hear is the sea. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed is extremely comfortable. All rooms look out at the sea. The bathroom is very special as you can see the sea from the (double) shower too. It ́s been very cleverly constructed and is fun! Wifi great and TV too - comfly couch. Secure parking space is great. Bars, restaurants etc within a few minutes and a beautiful beach restaurant with excellent fish 2 minutes walk. But we enjoyed relaxing and dining on the balcony with the uninterrupted view of

the sea too.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The appartement is very luxurious and comfortabel. Beautiful bathroom with two shower heads and sea view! he appartement is well located between Marbella and Malaga. Granada and Cordoba are a one hour drive away. The beach and swimming pools are easy accesable. Perfect for couples or small families. If knew it would be so great we would have stayed longer!

Suite on the beach was exactly as described ,if not better. Everything is meticulously thought through. The Morning coffee on the balcony with ocean breeze and great mediterranean sun, evening dips in the ocean and all the

great restaurants in walking distance, we cannot think about another place to go back to on our next visit to costa del sol.

A beautiful apartment, immaculately clean and with superb attention to detail. Everything in it is first class - and the location is just wonderful! Peaceful, sea views and everything you need within an easy walk, no need for a car.

Sssshh! It’s a secret....don’t tell anyone but this place is amazing I would hate it to get booked up before I can plan my return visit. Beautiful apartment in a perfect location it had absolutely everything we needed. We have just spent a month at this lovely apartment in Calahonda. We loved it !! It was just the perfect place for us beautifully clean and modern with stunning views. I would totally recommend this lovely apartment to anybody looking for peace and tranquillity in a beautiful setting.

Apartment is very modern well designed & finished to high specification with great attention to detail from start to finish.
The bathroom is luxurious. Our kids loved the changeable mood lighting in particular & we loved looking out over the sea whilst showering in the powerful twin showers.

The views are stunning & the balcony stretching across the whole apartment allowed us to really appreciate these throughout our whole stay if we were not outside enjoying them whilst using the onsite pools or tennis courts.
Both pools are relatively quiet & we had the pools to ourselves on several occasions throughout our stay especially in the mornings.

The on-site bar / cafe is very welcoming & reasonably priced.
We also enjoyed walking to several local bars / restaurants along the newly constructed boardwalk which are all very welcoming & family friendly. Our kids in particular enjoyed eating with their feet in the sand at one of the bars with outside seating on the beach.
The local transport links are great with bus & taxi stops a stones throw from the apartment building. The buses are very regular & we used these for trips to Mijas, Fenguerola & Marbella which are all about 20 minutes away & very reasonably priced (6-8 euros for a family of four).
In terms of overall location it’s in a lovely spot where there is everything you could want within walking distance. The area is not over run with tourists so great for a relaxing break that offers a great balance between locals & tourists in an area that would cater well for a break 52 weeks a year in our opinion, eg it’s not an area where the shutters go up once the season finishes.

This was our 2nd time staying at it was every bit as good as the 1st. You can’t beat waking up to the view out to sea and the apartment is a great place to relax. The boardwalk means walking along the beach front for miles is a breeze and you’re in walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Can’t wait to go back

My biggest issue is that it will surely be fully booked all year round, as it truly is a gem!
The flat is very clean / modern / well equipped; Any positive comments you read in the reviews are spot on...

Having travelled to some pretty exotic locations around the world, staying in world class hotels, I can honestly say that sitting on the balcony with the view of the Med and the Atlas Mountains on the horizon (atmospheric conditions permitting), with the winter sun beating down (cold beer / glass of bubbles in hand), there was nowhere I would rather have been.

JUST BEAUTIFUL
The apartment was beautiful spotlessly clean and had everything you would need. We woke up next morning to the most amazing view of the sea and gardens and a lovely balcony to sit and take it all in. So relaxing sleeping on a warm evening with the French doors open (thanks to the mosquito net in the door) and listen to the sea. The pool and gardens are lovely, beach beds and Brollys provided, lovely churringuito in the grounds selling drinks and lovely fresh food. The location is perfect straight out onto the boardwalk for lovely walks to the many restaurants around.Bus stop just outside should you want to go further afield. We had the most fantastic time at this stunning place thank you for everything and we will definitely return
